1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
  • We also ship to the Republic of Ireland.
  • For shipping to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other UK territories, please contact us at info@aromance.co.uk for specific rates and availability.

2. Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or it may be left in a safe location or with a neighbour at the carrier’s discretion (UK) or a local depot (Ireland).
  • If you’re unavailable, the carrier may leave a note to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.

5. Customs and Duties

  • United Kingdom: No customs fees or duties apply, as all prices include VAT.
  • Republic of Ireland: As shipments from the UK to Ireland are subject to customs processing post-Brexit, you may be liable for import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
