1. Returns Window

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unlit candles and wax tarts in their original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unlit and Unused Candles and Wax Tarts: Candles and wax tarts must be in their original condition, unlit/unmelted, and in the original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle or wax tart arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken jar, missing wick), please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong scent or product, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send the correct item or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Lit Candles or Melted Wax Tarts: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or wax tarts that have been melted or used.
  • Custom Orders: Personalised or custom-made candles and wax tarts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Change of Mind on Scent: Due to the subjective nature of fragrance preferences, we do not accept returns for scent dissatisfaction unless the product is unlit/unmelted and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you’d like a different scent, you can return the unlit candle or unmelted wax tart and place a new order for your preferred scent.
